The rules are simple and quick to learn, but the strategies and tactics are endless. Rules: The format will be a Swiss tournament and the number of rounds dependent upon the number of players. Each round will be 45 minutes and the forces/units will be made up by the Equal Forces method (which is simple and easily explained on site if you are unfamiliar with it.) The winner of each round will be the first to achieve 5 VP or who has the most VPs at the end of a round. Players who own copies of DT: Prison are encouraged to bring them. I have a few of sets, but not enough if it the event fills. It would be beneficial to have enough Prison sets to allow everyone to play at the same time. Rules: 1. The point value will be 2000. 1999 is ok but 2001 will result in a disqualification, so watch where you put your melta bombs.
2. Rounds will be two hours in length and there will be 3 of them. After the first round we will take a 45 minute break for lunch. This should be approximately 12:45- 1:30 please do not return late.
3. All models must be What You See Is What You Get. There will be no exceptions for anyone. Suitable counts as, and custom model’s will be valid. If there are questions if your model is valid please ask the staff before you come to the event.
4. All FRAG behavior policies will be in effect. This convention is geared to a younger crowd, be respectful of that or you may be asked to leave.
5. The FRAG judge will have final say on all rulings. Once he has made his decision there will be no further discussion about the issue until the game is over. Persistent arguing could result in you being asked to leave. This has never happened before please do not be the first.
6. 40 people is the max that we will allow for our first big event. Please preregister to save your spot. Preregistration should be available by the second week in December.
7. If the staff of Recruits asks you to behave in a certain manner please respect their wishes. They are very good to us so show your appreciation by being a good consumer.
